After years in executive leadership, including serving as a CEO, I saw the same challenge repeatedly: growing businesses often need experienced operational leadership long before they need—or can justify—another full-time executive.
As businesses grow, so does the complexity. More people, more decisions, more processes, and more demands on the owner. Eventually, the person who built the business can become the person every decision depends on.

I left the traditional C-suite to bring executive-level operational leadership directly to business owners, healthcare practices, and real estate operators who are ready to grow—but need stronger systems, greater accountability, and better execution to get there.
